This is the chance for you as a member to see how your club is run and to let the board know how you want it to be run going forwards. Its also a great excuse to see your fellow club members between seasons and catch up over a couple of drinks.
FORMAL NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF HWHC LTD / HAMPSTEAD & WESTMINSTER HOCKEY CLUB (‘THE CLUB’)
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting for the members of the Club will be held at The Queens Arms Pub, 1 Kilburn High Road, Maida Vale, London NW6 5SE at 7.30pm on Tuesday 4 July 2017. Please see map for directions.
Business to be conducted at the meeting:
- Receiving reports from the Chairman and Club Captains
- Annual subscriptions / match fees
- Fundraising targets
- Adoption of 2016/17 financial statements
- Election/ re-election of Directors
All members of the club are entitled to attend the meeting. If you are unable to attend in person you can be represented by proxy. Download the proxy form here and once complete email it to email@example.com no later than midday on 4 July.
