A board level role where you will be responsible for setting budgets, managing P&L as well as preparing and submitting the club's annual accounts.
Social Events Coordinator
One member from each side of the club, ladies’ and men’s, who know how to party(!!!) and organise fun club events.
We would like a friendly person with a bright smile to welcome our new members throughout the season. You will be responsible for sending them the new member pack and ensuring they sign-up to pay annual fees. You will work closely with Commercial Officer, Shrimpie, who is responsible for our membership list and Club Captains, Beth and Doddsy, to integrate new members in their team.
We need one person from each club, ladies' and men's, to assist Arnie, our Umpire Coordinator, in the weekly task of securing umpires for teams. Your main responsibility will be communicating to teams who their umpires are.
As a registered charity we need one member from each side of the club, ladies' and men's, to work together and pioneer our fundraising efforts. Every year we are set a target which is made up of fundraising events, individual donations, and corporate donations. Your role is to ensure the club has several sociable fundraising events in the diary, some organised by you and others by individuals or teams. The key to reaching our target is Match Funding e.g corporations match a certain amount (determined by them) which is raised by an employee of their company who has completed a sponsored run for HWHC. Check out the HWHC Just Giving page here. You will be working closely with our Commercial Officer, Shrimpie who is responsible for sourcing corporate donations.
Responsible for maintaining the relationship with our kit suppliers, answering any queries and helping to ensure good quality kit with timely delivery.
