The AGM will take place on the evening of Tuesday 13th August somewhere close to Paddington Recreation Ground. We will confirm the venue in due course on the club’s social media and via captains, however please make a note of this in your diaries!
This is the chance for people to see how their club is run and to let the committee know how they want it to be run in future.
As many of you will appreciate, there’s been a lot that’s gone in the club in the last twelve months and there are some real challenges and opportunities we need to think about for the future. This is your opportunity to have your say and contribute to how your club is run.
FORMAL NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF HWHC LTD / HAMPSTEAD & WESTMINSTER HOCKEY CLUB (‘THE CLUB’)
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the members of the Club will be held on Tuesday 13th August 2019.
Business to be conducted at the meeting will include:
- Receiving reports from the Chairman and Club Captains
- Adoption of 2018/19 financial statements
- Election/re-election of Directors
All members of the club are entitled to attend the meeting
Members who are unable to attend in person may be represented by proxy. Proxies should be sent by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, to be received no later than noon on Tuesday 13th August 2019. You can download a form of proxy here.
